1，供水主要是從供水壓力、流量等情況分析。足夠的供水壓力和流量可以避免高壓清洗泵液力端內(nèi)出現(xiàn)負(fù)壓抽空、氣泡爆裂、氣蝕閥口的狀態(tài)，從而使高壓泵的閥片和閥座的壽命得到保證。壓力主要是觀測(cè)壓力表，觀察設(shè)備的壓力表是否是設(shè)備設(shè)定的額定壓力。觀測(cè)流量是否足夠時(shí)要在高壓清洗泵工作轉(zhuǎn)速下檢測(cè)，因?yàn)橛袝r(shí)候供水流量略有不足，清洗泵的轉(zhuǎn)速比較低情況下會(huì)出現(xiàn)假性流量充足，高壓清洗機(jī)在這種狀態(tài)下工作會(huì)對(duì)高壓泵造成非常嚴(yán)重的傷害。一般來(lái)說(shuō)引起供水流量不足的原因有兩種，一種是供水中雜質(zhì)比較多，沒(méi)有按照規(guī)定經(jīng)常清洗進(jìn)水濾網(wǎng)，供水雜質(zhì)僅會(huì)堵塞過(guò)濾器、硌傷閥口，閥片使高壓清洗泵的閥座壽命大大降低。同時(shí)還會(huì)出現(xiàn)假性供水不足、泵組抖動(dòng)的現(xiàn)象。另一種原因是地區(qū)性供水壓力不足不穩(wěn)定影響供水。

1. Water supply is mainly analyzed from water supply pressure, flow, etc. Sufficient water supply pressure and flow can avoid the state of negative pressure evacuation, bubble burst and cavitation valve port in the hydraulic end of the high-pressure cleaning pump, so as to ensure the service life of the valve plate and valve seat of the high-pressure pump. Pressure is mainly to observe the pressure gauge and whether the pressure gauge of the equipment is the rated pressure set by the equipment. 3，液力端主要檢查進(jìn)排液閥、調(diào)壓閥、閥芯閥座等。進(jìn)排液閥如果關(guān)閉不嚴(yán)或者調(diào)壓密封出現(xiàn)故障會(huì)造成供水內(nèi)漏，流量減小，壓力下降。閥芯閥座如果損壞關(guān)閉不嚴(yán)也會(huì)造成溢流口泄水，壓力下降。

3. The hydraulic end mainly checks the inlet and outlet valve, pressure regulating valve, valve core, valve seat, etc. If the inlet and outlet valve is not tightly closed or the pressure regulating seal fails, it will cause internal leakage of water supply, decrease flow and pressure. If the valve core and valve seat are damaged and not closed tightly, it will also cause water leakage at the overflow port and pressure drop.

柱塞和密封出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題也會(huì)影響高壓清洗機(jī)設(shè)備的使用，如果柱塞表面不平整或者柱塞表面長(zhǎng)時(shí)間發(fā)熱會(huì)造成密封溫度過(guò)高使柱塞和密封間隙過(guò)大出現(xiàn)漏水現(xiàn)象。
