1.超聲波清洗機(jī)概述

超聲波清洗機(jī),主要是由洗凈液產(chǎn)生的化學(xué)作用與超聲波產(chǎn)生的物理效應(yīng)交互作用而成。洗凈液主要成分為界面活性劑與潤(rùn)濕劑,藉由洗凈液先將污染物與被洗物之間的結(jié)合打斷,加上無(wú)數(shù)個(gè)微小的真空小氣泡在水中,經(jīng)由超聲波震蕩產(chǎn)生高與低的波壓,低壓時(shí)泡由小變大,高壓來(lái)臨時(shí),大氣泡無(wú)法承受而爆破,產(chǎn)生巨大的物理能量,稱(chēng)之為”空穴現(xiàn)象”,并將污物脫離,達(dá)到洗凈的效果。

洗凈前先將溶液中的空氣脫掉,稱(chēng)之脫氣。脫氣的目的是使洗凈液保持真空狀態(tài),避免減損空穴現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生之能量,否則就像一拳打在海綿上 ,力量將被吸收 ,無(wú)法達(dá)到?jīng)_擊的效果。再將清洗籃與物件放入清洗槽內(nèi)時(shí),應(yīng)盡量緩慢,避免物件彎角盲孔處聚集氣泡 ,若有應(yīng)輕輕搖動(dòng)清洗籃,將氣跑趕出,或增加脫氣時(shí)間。

超聲波洗凈必須結(jié)合清洗劑,不同性質(zhì)的沾污與物件,需配合適當(dāng)?shù)那逑磩?,但可燃性與低燃的清洗劑不可使用在超聲波的清洗上,因?yàn)槌暡ǖ目昭ㄐ?yīng)現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生的能量會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)成熱能,使水溫升高,可能使低燃點(diǎn)清洗劑燃燒,同時(shí)勿使用酸,漂白劑等會(huì)損壞清洗槽體的清洗劑。
